ENDAS is a free association set up in 1949 under the name of M.A.S (Movement of Social Action).
His aims were approved through decrees issued by the Ministry of Interior on 7th June 1949 and 24th July 1954, pursuant to the law decree dated 10th July 1947 No.705 thereafter substituted by the law dated 14th October 1974 No.524.
ENDAS was recognized as an Organisation for Sports Promotion by a resolution issued by the National Board of CONI dated 24th June 1976. Then it was reconfirmed as such, through a deliberation by the National Board of CONI No.1224 dated 15th May 2002 implementing the law decree No.242 dated 23rd July 1999.
ENDAS was approved as an Association of Environment Protection by the Ministry decree dated 17th December 2001 published on the Official Gazette No.135 dated 11th June 2002.
ENDAS is registered in the National Register of Associations for Social Promotion at No.10, pursuant to and for the effects of the law No.383 dated 7th December 2000.
Through a decree issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport published on the Official Gazette No.282 dated 17th December 2003, ENDAS is included in the list of skilled organisations and associations having experience in the sector of prevention and road safety in accordance with art. 1 D.M. N.651 dated 10th December 1993.
ENDAS is included in the list of entities accredited/qualified for the formation of school staff, see decree dated 10th October 2005 pursuant to Ministerial Directive No. 90 dated 1st December 2003 issued by the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research.
ENDAS is an organisation implementing projects of National civil service, accredited in first class at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, National Office for the Civil Service.
